Halloween Greeting Cards
This series of greeting cards is a concept piece with my take on popular Halloween classics as pinup girls. Focusing on my top three favourite female ghouls, I chose a witch, a vampire, and Frankenstein's bride. The background colour is a bright Halloween orange to set the festive vibe and IT adds a touch of brightness to the piece. I chose to add a matte finish to give it a vintage look that best matches the pinup style. I added a bit of realism to each girl by making them more proportionate than normal pinup girls, so that I could incorporate a bit of my drawing style. The slight realism balances out the whimsical side of the greeting cards.
